The chemical DCPA, which has been found to cause health risks to unborn babies, is used in Arizona for weed management in crops. The decision is the first emergency EPA ban in nearly 40 years. "DCPA is so dangerous that it needs to be removed from the market immediately," officials said.

The US EPA issued it's first emergency ban in 40 years for Dachtal.
