As police officers quit the profession in droves, an opportunity for change emerges https://www.tucsonsentinel.com/nationworld/report/122622_police_recruiting/as-police-officers-quit-profession-droves-opportunity-change-emerges/
Police departments across the country are hemorrhaging officers faster than recruiters can find qualified applicants.

@TucsonSentinel Good. Many need to replace them with non-white-nationalists!
@TucsonSentinel There are some good police officers in Tucson. There’s a dedicated mental health response team, I think. But there are some bad ones. What happened to the off- duty guy who tackled a woman in a parking lot of a restaurant? And then there was the one who shot a guy in a wheelchair.
@TucsonSentinel Long ago, when I went through the hiring process for my local PD (I ended up doing something else…) I was told by others - you know policing is 90% social work? Which was fine by me. We need to tell recruits that and train them accordingly. #Policing #Rethinking
