At odds with 90 years of precedent, the Supreme Court ruled that President Donald Trump can terminate independent officials atop the National Labor Relations Board and the Merit Systems Protection Board.

@TucsonSentinel The use of the word 'gift' makes the Supreme Court look benevolent and generous. This is not a good look for them, albeit accurate.
"Supreme Court Sidesteps 90 Years Of Precedent..." would be a headline really grabbing the balls of the matter. That's what we need from journalists.
