Updated: Three inmates were killed in an "altercation" on Friday morning at the Arizona State Prison Complex in Tucson, officials said. The sole suspect, Ricky Wassenaar — serving 16 life sentences for a 2004 standoff at Buckeye prison — had just been moved to the unit that day, prison records showed.
