A lawsuit, filed by the mother of a 29-year-old man who died during a struggle with Tucson police in March 2020, can move forward, a federal judge ruled, rejecting claims of "qualified immunity" for seven of the officers involved.

@TucsonSentinel #Cops should never have any immunity, qualified or otherwise. Penalties for police misbehavior should be treated like any other civil or criminal matter. Police #unions should also be liable for for the actions of bad and dirty cops. Of course, under the #MAGAmoron regime, cops, sheriffs, state troopers and, even, wanna-be vigilantes will be given free rein to wreak fear, chaos and havoc on the citizenry like #KimJongFatUn and his bff, #pootie.
