The University of Arizona quietly changed language in its official land acknowledgment - without consulting tribes and students - and is assessing all programs, positions, and activities related to DEI and their potential impact on students as calls to terminate such initiatives grow.

That is such a complete bullshit statement. The only "calls" are coming from the Trump administration. That UA didn't bother to consult with anyone affected by the indigenous land statement speaks volumes about the quisling nature of the change.
