A Pima County Superior Court judge has blocked a mandate passed by the Board of Supervisors last March requiring gun owners to report lost or stolen guns within 48 hours or face a $1,000 fine.

@TucsonSentinel Sure, you have to leave room for false claims that guns were stolen after they've been used in a crime. I mean, we wouldn't want people held responsible for their actions, would we?
