A Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled that a decades-old federal law banning handgun purchases by 18 to 20-year-olds violates the Second Amendment, an about-face from a prior ruling where the appeals court initially found the law constitutional in 2012.

@TucsonSentinel Why stop at 18? What if a 12-year old wants a gun? What about a 6-year old? Don't they have Constitutional rights to guns?
