The Arizona Department of Transportation is set to wrap work on the I-10 widening between Ruthrauff and Ina and will start work between Kino and Alvernon next year. On Interstate 19, the state highway agency will build a new interchange at Irvington.

How many multi-car pileups were there in that ragged torn-up section just last week? I figure at least 5 with the swarming sirens blowing past.
And none of the new monolithic apartment mountains on this section of highway are even close to open.
I reckon they're already planning the 2028 expansions.
This town sucks at planning anything.
