When they paved Ina before he showed up for a golf thing at the Omni, a sandbag broke in the eastbound side at Mona Lisa, that wasn't cleaned up, and it's been decaying into barely-visible remnants in the middle of the road since.
I look forward to the day I can't see that trashy thing at all anymore. 😊
