A case against Arizona Sen. Justine Wadsack has been filed in Tucson City Court. She faces a $1,000 civil fine, and a potential 30 days in jail, year of probation and $500 fine for a criminal speeding charge stemming from being stopped for what Tucson police say was driving twice the speed limit.
