Whether the phrase “unborn human being” will appear in a description of the Arizona Abortion Access Act sent to every voter in the state in advance of the November election is now in the hands of a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge.

If they changed it to 'undocumented' it would be a slam dunk

@TucsonSentinel I vote that legislators in favour if this legislation be called and treated as "pre-dead corpses". Fact is that, like all humans, they certainly WILL be dead one day, in the future. Treating an undeveloped blob of cells now like the full human being a fetus can become is wrong, because it is not yet a human being. A living human should not be treated as a corpse, because that person is not a corpse. Ironically, granting status of "human being" to a fetus DEHUMANIZES the pregnant person.
