@TucsonSentinel I'm shocked — SHOCKED, KENNETH — that grifters have taken advantage of a state's school voucher program. Also that a state's school voucher program had no safeguards against this kind of thing; it's almost as if they were favorably inclined to the grifters simply because the WHOLE THING IS A GRIFT, KENNETH, but I could be wrong.
