SCOTUS only feels comfortable with such rulings because of a clear belief that Democrats will *never* be allowed to use this to their own advantage.
@TucsonSentinel Checks and Balances are gone, my friend. #SCOTUS can pick and choose which actions are immune and which aren’t. It is all political now.
