PACC to host free vaccine & microchip clinic on Weds tucsonsentinel.com/local/repor
Because a lack of access to affordable, preventative pet care is one of the main reasons Pima Animal Care Center receives surrendered pets, officials are providing free vaccines and microchips for dogs and cats this Wednesday.

Lots more pets will also run away these next several days until after July 4th.

#PACC is packed with animals "past critical capacity," officials said Monday. PACC had 511 dogs in the shelter, with 203 of them entering the facility in the past week. Nearly 60 percent of them were picked up as strays, officials said.
