I love Mr Sassenberger and what their presence meant for this town and me. I don't know him, other than having shopped at the store and as a listener of the Gimme Indie Rock show he did on KXCI for several years. Both of these labors of love made Tucson a much greater place than without them.

@TucsonSentinel As someone from a very small town who discovered alternative music by word of mouth and then via college radio in the mid-late 80s, visiting Tucson and seeing the sign over the door right by Bobos, setting foot in that store was... deliverance.
