Cities and suburbs around the country are struggling with vacant office space as remote work becomes an established post-pandemic reality, and states are stepping in with tax breaks and zoning changes to help replace the unwanted cubicle farms with much-needed housing.

@TucsonSentinel The zoning needs to just go already. We need integrated, dense land use and mixing housing, retail and office space is done all over the world except in stupid US cities. And STOP BUILDING FOR CARS AND BUILD FOR PEOPLE already!
