Nearly a year-and-a-half after the election, an Arizona appeals court agreed with a trial court judge that Abe Hamadeh’s third challenge to the results of the 2022 election should not move forward.

@TucsonSentinel Thank god Hamadeh isn’t our Attorney General because he would be at the front of the line enforcing the 1864 abortion ban. His many election appeals also demonstrate that he should never hold public office in Arizona.
