Gov. Katie Hobbs ordered flags at all Arizona state buildings be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on February 14, and on the day of interment, in honor of U.S. Marine Sgt. Alec Langen, who was one of the casualties of a February 6 helicopter crash during a training flight.
