The Pima County Recorder's Office has gained national attention for accepting paperwork from so-called sovereign citizens, who craft documents that are formatted in a conspiracy-laden code intended to circumvent the U.S. government.

@TucsonSentinel Do they just forward copies to DHS? Seems like a really efficient way to populate a database.

@TucsonSentinel Let them sign up as non-citizens and deport them. That is what we do with illegals in AZ.
