Why Arizona homes often feel warmer than thermostats suggest – and what to do about it tucsonsentinel.com/opinion/rep

Our crusty A/C finally died this spring.
We've installed a few window units, and between that and circulation fans, it's working just-bearably well. 😄 Unless the humidity is up to 35%.🤢
That radiant heat has been the worst of it, as the house is never cool inside very effectively now except in pockets. So we've spent a good deal of time figuring out how to best position fans to channel the air through the house to help the window units to remove the hot air & replace it. 🤓
