@clmerle @TucsonSentinel consitutional amendments are referred to voters and cannot be vetoed by the governor https://www.azleg.gov/viewDocument/?docName=https://www.azleg.gov/const/21/1.htm but hopefully people will vote it down if it does pass the legislature
