Trying to decide if I should turn on the TV news, or is my baseline level of frustration already high enough?
@dkiesow I rarely see defendants personally appear during motion/status hearings, especially if they're in a different state. Their attorney appears in their stead.
@DSmith_Tucson And is that even true? Lawyers can appear for motions?
