(And this is a good time to remember that this crap is so freaking stupid it literally came from 4chan -- where it was still not able to meet their "lofty" standards and ultimately had to move to a place with... let's just say lower standards. As in below the basement that doesn't exist lower...)

The fact that such a huge portion of this society listened to anything that ultimately came from 4chan with deadly seriousness is just... I don't know, I'm really giving up hope for humanity to make it.

@MsMerope @impy @darwinwoodka @TucsonSentinel Could be. Or just simply less privileged. I ignored politics and such for the most part for a long time. Until Trump ran I didn't think it was that big of a deal. I've since learned a lot and can only apologize for my lack of awareness during those times before. (In my defense, Obama was mostly a really good president and Clinton was largely before my time.)

But then, things have gone downhill so fast lately that this is definitely different...
