Nearly eight months after the Arizona Supreme Court allowed “unborn human being” to be included in a description of the state’s abortion rights initiative, the court explained why it determined the phrase wasn’t politically biased.

@TucsonSentinel I was under the impression that was added and not part of the original initiative. In that case, looking at who wanted it altered will tell you that it was political.
Also, is this not the same court which upheld an 1800s total ban law over a 2022 15 week law?
