El Rio Community Health Center has removed all references to transgender health services from its website. The changes come on the heels of President Trump’s order denying federal funds to any entity providing gender-affirming care for transgender youth under 19 years old.

@TucsonSentinel This is tragic. El Rio has been a pillar in the community for decades. I am crushed they are doing this, and saddened for what it means for everyone else. But make no mistake, them sacrificing the transgender community will not save others. It will just add to the crushing momentum slaughtering us all.
