The WHOLE scenario is going to VASTLY change if they take it indoors because of the cold.
You HAVE TO ASSUME
that Trump is going to BLOW A GASKET and FORCE people out into the cold so he can crow about having the biggest event EVER!!!!
No CROWD SIZE shots if the inauguration has to be held indoors. Trump is going to be so pissed.
