If consumer safety or data protection was any part of the concern here, the solution would be to fix those practices and set industry standards -- it would not be giving the company to an "American" controlled corporation.

This ban is baseless and motivated by racism. I'm extremely disappointed in Democrats for entertaining the value of this even a little bit
SCOTUS is a Republican rubber stamp by now. The appeal might make for an infuriating listen but the Republican justices already have their intents in mind.
