Special prosecutors plan to charge former Marion Police Chief Gideon Cody with a low-level felony for his actions following the raid he led last year on the Marion County Record and the homes of the newspaper publisher and a councilwoman.

@TucsonSentinel Why a “low level” felony? It was a direct assault on the 1st A and physical assault on personnel. Every cop that was ‘just obeying orders’ in participating in this should be stripped of authority.
One low level felony. FFS, an elderly woman died because of the raid.
