Court reverses ruling that narrowed voter registration path in Az without proof of citizenship tucsonsentinel.com/local/repor
Updated: Last week, a 9th Circuit panel vacated the initial panel’s temporary ruling to block voter’s registering with the state form without providing documented proof of citizenship. Those registrants will now be added to the voter rolls, but will only be allowed to vote in federal elections, as before.
