The Supreme Court on Thursday overturned an appeals court ruling giving Danny Lee Jones a new sentencing hearing, finding that attorney errors did not warrant a second shot at avoiding the death penalty.

@TucsonSentinel Well, despite being in good company in the top 5 of the executions charts with China, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Somalia, I'm sure the US will want to improve that ranking by killing even more people.
