Though the jury is still out as to whether consuming local honey to alleviate allergy symptoms is a good strategy, Arizona beekeepers and experts agree that local honey is both tastier and healthier than honey at the supermarket.

Hubby does a spoonful a day on a 'Can't Hurt Might Help' strategy. He doesn't seem too bothered by seasonal allergies anymore so it's definitely not hurting 
@TucsonSentinel I know people who had all their local allergies (pollens, grasses) go away on local honey and return after they stopped using it.
