The indictments of five people on charges of conspiracy to defraud Arizona’s ESA initiative put a spotlight on one of the nation’s largest and least restrictive school voucher programs, but advocates saw little that would lead them to push for more guardrails on Arizona’s system.

These programs are mind-killing trash to begin with, so ‘course the abuse is bad and certainly worse than suspected, as it always goes with this kinda thing.
