It's back: time to get confused about calling someone back East. Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday morning for most of the United States, but Arizona residents won't have to switch their clocks — we don't observe DST.

Except for the Navajo Nation in NE AZ: they observe DST to align with the Navajo Territory (larger than WV) in the neighbouring states. The Hopi Territory within the AZ Navajo Territory does observe DST.
