Gov. Katie Hobbs is entitled to appoint three members to the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission, Attorney General Kris Mayes said, settling a dispute between Hobbs and state Treasurer Kimberly Yee over who gets to appoint a new majority to the commission.
