The Supreme Court said it will decide if Donald Trump should be disqualified from 2024 ballots for his role in the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, after two states disqualified the former president from their ballots under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

@TucsonSentinel Doesn't Scotus almost have to rule him ineligible for self preservation alone? Anyone think Dictator Trump will EVER allow the Supreme Court to rule against him and live? Maybe even literally??

In 2000, the Republican controlled SCOTUS decided that they could evaluate ballot questions in less than a week. In 2023, they can't do it in less than a month.
