A proposal submitted by AHCCCS would permanently extend a program authorizing funds to pay parents for providing specialized care to their children under 18, allowing parent caregivers who meet direct care worker requirements to be paid for up to 40 hours a week.

@TucsonSentinel This seems like a good idea. I have some worries about what kind of regulations & rules will be attached to the money, but not enough to say this is a bad idea.
