@TucsonSentinel I don't understand why the AMA, ACOG, the IOM or some other respected body cannot write up guidelines for the cases when induced abortions are absolutely medically necessary. The idea that the rules will be decided in courts is ridiculous. Judges and legislators have zero competence.
