@TucsonSentinel Why is there even a debate? Time to let for-profit companies do it, preferably with government subsidies and long-term tax breaks, since for-profit companies can be totally trusted in running huge monopolies and not screwing over the general population in search of profits for senior executives. [sarcasm]

Why do I think some Republican controlled states will do *exactly* this?
