With the stroke of a pen on Thursday, Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs approved a $17.8 billion dollar budget, despite criticism from progressive organizations and many in her own party.

@TucsonSentinel I don’t love this budget. I’m not even sure that I like it. But it might be the best budget possible given the loonies running the State House and State Senate. And it’s a budget that can get Hobbs re-elected and allow her to keep using her veto stamp to stop the aforementioned lunacy.
