@TucsonSentinel Such a law would need to be very precisely written so that prosecution for murder only happens when you sell something that kills someone. Of course one can argue that the big pharma purveyors of Oxy should be prosecuted for that. They're getting sued but they need to do jailtime at least...Anyway I'm not against this law in principle because it's a miracle that one of my sons didn't die from this and the son of a dear friend DID die from this and many more are dying...
