The culture war rumbles on...

@TucsonSentinel

Yet another attempt by Republicans to bankrupt and destroy education in America.
tucsonsentinel.com/local/repor

The GOP does NOT want an educated citizenry. Probably because poorly educated people are so much easier to control.

(It's surprising how many parents don't actually want their children to be better educated than they were.)

@ZhiZhu @TucsonSentinel. GEE, people wonder why there's a teacher shortage? Can only imagine the numbers of frivolous suits that would result.
GOP is literally taking every angle, across this county, to destroy public education.

@ZhiZhu @TucsonSentinel

The #RepublicanParty* wants people barely educated enough to become good little wage slaves, exploited by the .01%, not questioning the system, and NOT actually #voting for our own interests!

* (I don't call the #RepublicanParty the "GOP" because, ever since the Southern Strategy, there's been nothing "Grand" about them. In fact, as #Trump's 2016 assassination "jokes" confirmed, they turned 180⁰ from being the then-progressive "party of Lincoln" to being the party of John Wilkes Booth.)
