A question for free speech theorists.

1. Assume Chrome is the dominant browser.

2. Suppose Google starts labeling websites as having dangerous content and restricts access.

Is there a free speech issue, or is Google entitled to control how people use the web?

@davew they already do this, though. For example, with sites that don't have SSL.

That's the same sort of false dichotomy all too often posited on teh interwebz. And what do you mean by "restrict"? Bar, or warn? Either way, Google can program whatever they like. People can choose to use a different mechanism, just as everyone decided AOL sucked.
